Meet the Founder

A man with short hair, wearing glasses, a white shirt, a patterned bow tie, and a dark suit jacket, smiling against a dark background.

Andrew Weller, Ed.D.

Andrew Weller is a seasoned leader with over three decades of expertise in independent school admissions and fundraising.

His career has encompassed a broad spectrum of institutions, including boarding and day, Episcopal, Catholic, single-sex, coeducational, and both American and Canadian schools. And even a seminary!

Weller has served on several boards and provided strategic counsel to heads of schools, from California to Nova Scotia. With extensive international experience, he has traveled to more than 20 countries, gaining a nuanced understanding of how cultural differences impact student recruitment and fundraising efforts.

Weller is best known for his long-term strategic thinking, his strength in building and mobilizing motivated teams, his use of data to drive results, and his ability to bring entire school communities on board with the important work of admissions, retention, and financial aid.

  • Conferences

In addition to being the faculty chair of the Admission Directors Institute and Commissioner for CASE, Weller is often invited to present at national conferences on topics of admissions, fundraising, and, with Andrew Esparza of Kingdom Analytics, on the use of psychographics and AI in advancing school mission.

  • Clients

Weller's professional career serving a wide diversity of schools makes him uniquely qualified to provide expert counsel and insight to an equally diverse clientele.  Weller has worked in boarding and day, co-ed and single gender, and faith-based and nonsectarian schools.  His career has included oversight of admissions and enrollment, communications, alumni, and development and advancement operations.
