Process Review

An in-depth review of your current admissions experience, with actionable recommendations.

Service Overview

We offer two focused audit types designed to uncover the strengths and gaps in your admissions process:

01 — Staffing Audit

Align your admissions team with your school’s long-term enrollment goals.

02 — Family Experience Audit

See your admissions process through the eyes of prospective families.

Tailored To Your Specific Needs

We’ll help you determine which audit best serves your school: staffing, family experience, or both.

Together, we’ll weigh your priorities, timeline, and budget so the process is practical, clear, and aligned with your goals.

Staffing Audit

Option One

What It Is

Too often staff members find themselves on the admissions team without a clear understanding of their role in the bigger picture. In our staffing audit, we work with the head of school and other key leaders to identify the long term enrollment goals of the school.

How It Works

We meet with the head of school and key leaders to define enrollment goals. Then we assess the skills, experiences, and structure of the current team. From there, we recommend adjustments, possible additions, and redefined roles, along with gaps to consider in future hiring.

This audit ensures your admissions team is aligned and equipped to meet your school’s enrollment goals.

Family Experience Audit

Option Two

What It Is

From the first click on your website to the final enrollment decision, every touchpoint shapes a family’s impression. The family experience audit highlights strengths and weaknesses across the admissions journey.

How It Works

We examine your process either in a “bootcamp” format where all needed information is provided by the school at once (typically early summer), or by going on the admissions journey with a school from September until families make their final enrollment decision.

You’ll gain an understanding of how to make families feel informed, welcomed, and confident in choosing your school.

  • Want to ensure admissions staff structure matches institutional goals

  • Need clarity on how prospective families experience their admissions process

  • Are seeking actionable recommendations on ways they can improve.

Let’s review your staffing and family experience so you can move forward with confidence.
